  1. Eat the occasional salad, more whole grains, less refined sugar (though decidedly not zero), reduce portion sizes occasionally, and get my ass off the couch occasionally for a little exercise–not a lot, just a bit.

    No secret, just substitution, moderation, and activity.


  2. Oh and some of the activity involves weights or pushups to keep muscle mass up, and hence metabolism. I’m hardly cut or muscular, but even a little bit helps.
