Since the Windows worms of late have been randomly putting return addresses from address books (rather than from infected machines), I don’t think it fair to publicize info I don’t have permission to publicize.
I get tons of “virus notifications” and “mailbox not found” notifications with e-mail addresses I never even use for outgoing e-mail. Couple that with the fact I’m on a Mac, hence not vulnerable to these worms/virii, and I’m pretty sure that a From: address is fake.
